I think we need a doc generator built-in (the way it's built in Rails).

By the way, Aral, any news on ARP3?

I update SVN repository working copy from time to time and see several 
interesting improvements... but are you still going to make ARP3 
"Rails-like" ? I just remembered you first post about ARP3
