[Arp] Bugreport (low): ARP 2.02 Developer's Manual doesn't display if IE7 beta 2 is installed

The story continues: 

 - I've uninstalled IE7b2.
 - I run arp manual again, this time old good IE6 said to me "The page
cannot be displayed". And there's "Cannot find server" in the window
title too. 

Maybe someone knows how to solve it directly... but i have no time to
dive in solution of this <s>c</s>trap and decided to use advantages of
remote desktop connection to machine where ARP Manual runs good. Thanks
god I have second display.

(Btw, I've noticed The ARP Developer Manual app icon is different on two
machines. On my machine this is the arp's three cubes but on another
this is icon displaying book
(http://rost.rajaka.net/artefacts/icon-confusion.png).  

But it all works and that's exactly what I need.
