[Arp] Bugreport (low): ARP 2.02 Developer's Manual doesn't display if IE7 beta 2 is installed

I'm talking with Microsoft about this as we speak... umm, ok, I'm not! 
:) Seriously though, the old manual is going away to be replaced with 
the HTML-only docs. It probably has something to do with the wrapper I 
was using. It's definitely still worth reporting to them, though + 
thanks for the heads up! :)
