[Arp] freelance work available

We are looking for a freelance flash designer/programmer who has a  
background in actionscript 2, flash remoting, and has some background  
with frameworks. Our company is focused on creating dental content  
for dentists and patients including written materials, graphics,  
animation, & video. Although we are involved in other projects, right  
now we would like to focus on websites for dentists.  The websites  
are basically a content display system with rich internet application  
feel. The sites can be customized with content depending on what  
services are done in the office and user preferences.

We would like this project to be centered around the ARP framework.   
We are open to designing in Flex or Flash. We would like to use  
remoting/coldfusion for data.

A little about myself, I am a dentist practicing in Oklahoma City,  
OK. I have an pretty good background in web design/programming.  I  
started a small company called Dentalbytes about 11/2 years ago. We  
are a small company, employing 3 people. We contract out work for 3d  
development. We do writing, video/3D, and flash in house. However, we  
realized that we needed someone with a better programming background.

We primarily use macs. We use Adobe Creative Suite, Macromedia Suite.  
Our server is an xserve which is cohosted at a local service  
provider. We run os x server, mysql, coldfusion, and filemaker pro  
server advanced.
