[Arp] ARP app loaded into swf

I had this same problem Dan. My solution was to create an "application
wrapper" which basically controls the visibility of Loaders and uses a
config file (XML). Instead of reloading my ARP apps, I keep them loaded and
hide them.
Of course this isn't really a solution to your problem, it's just a
workaround I used.
