[Arp] Natural Entry Point method -- ARP, MTASC, SWFMILL -- how to compile the classes ready for swfmill

Hey,

I'm going to be releasing my notes + examples from my FlashForward
session (hopefully today, if I can get through my todo list. The
examples don't specifically use Arp but they will show you how to
compile the app. The examples *do* use Ant but basically all you're
doing with Ant is writing out the command line for swfmill and mtasc so
you could just write out (eg) mtasc <arg 1> <arg 2>, basing the args on
the Ant build script. But then again, why not just use Ant -- it's a
batch job by any other name (with some nifty additional features to make
life easy!)

Take care,
Aral
