[Arp] Flash, Arp, Tartan Sample Application

The one sample I want to stick with the Pizza Service -- the reason 
being that since Arp supports (and will be supporting) so many different 
technologies (client-side: F8/AS2, Flex 1.5/AS2, Flex 2/AS3, AS3-only, 
MTASC; server-side: OpenAMF, AMFPHP, Fluorine, CF/Tartan, CF/AS3, ..?) I 
want one a simple sample app that showcases the most important 
structural elements that we can create versions of for various 
front-end/back-end pairs. This will also allow users to quickly switch 
between these technologies while keeping the same workflow (a big 
advantage.)

In the coming days I will be looking at the version of the Arp pizza 
service app on the AMFPHP page as it looks like an improved version of 
the one I originally posted. Might be good to start with that as the 
base. I just need to make sure we're using VOs on the backend in the 
AMFPHP example now as the previous version wasn't.

Your help on creating the CF/Tartan Pizza Service app would be most welcome.
