[Arp] Another ModelLocator Question

i try not to use systemcontroller for model events, just for events
that will fire off commands that will interct with the server. What i
do is make the Model (I just use a simple class with EventDispatching
capabilities added to it, and listen for update events from the Model.
nothing particularly wrong with using SystemController like that
though, I do it occasionaly when i need a quick fix.
