[Arp] AMFHP / PHP5 Weirdness

Anyone ever run into this when trying to connect to an AMFPHP service
with ARP when using PHP5?

"The file {com/britton/applications/template/services/testService.php}
exists and was included correctly but a class by that name could not
be found in that file. Perhaps the class is misnamed."

Why does this happen?  I've found a few others who have this problem,
but no solutions EXCEPT to drop my services in the base services
folder under the AMFPHP flashservices directory.
