Whether Python or whatever- this would be great. I just started my  
3rd ARP app, and I have to agree- getting setup is definitely a bit  
of a drag (still worth it, of course).  I actually use XCode, and  
I've seen people that know more than me setup project template  
scripts to crank this kind of thing out-- filing in the blanks with  
your project name where required. But I wouldn't know where to start  
with something like that.
