[Arp] Vote for NaturalDocs

Hi everyone,

We were recently talking about the lack of an open-source documentation 
system for Flash. I believe ARP will really benefit from having nice 
HTML documentation of all classes (in addition to the manual, tutorials, 
etc., of course) and NaturalDocs is really the best candidate. However, 
you need to vote if you want ActionScript support added to it. Ariaware 
is going to match each vote (up to a maximum) with $1 in donations.
