[Arp] The arp way of doing things

Well hello all you on this list,

As for the start of a new application i was searching for the best 
approach. As i have seen the aria stuff working on Muzak his 'major' 
laptop and seeing the nice structures he has for his code and project 
and library, i was looking and looking...
So to go short, as from today i will use arp to get this app up and 
running, and if i have questions (no gotoAndPlay ones ;))
I have to post here right ? Or is this list for other purposes ? and do 
i have to get myself in the dev section (be filling in the beta program 
form on the ariaware site ?)
