[Arp] Sugestion.

Hi Christophe,

You are very gracious, but I don't think that was it. I think they were
just running out of steam and copped out. Flash has never had good event
handling compared to other languages. First calling a frame label ha ha
:D, then the callbacks, then the broadcaster,  The v1 component
architecture had the casual magic variable in there to deal with it's
event model. Now classes and observers, but still no event classes and
still no simple bubble up and forward.

I am certain that if we're not going to do straight up procedual
programming, I can't imagine a more important class or class heirarchy to
have in the bag than events.

I hope folk just keep thinking about it.
