[Arp] Central dispatcher

If (big if) i understand correctly, you would have a second controller, 
which is the same (or mostly ) as the controller allready there.
They way you describe is somehow like the MVC setup from moock.
I think the beauty of ARP is just the freedom, which you will reduce in 
my opinion , with a second controller.
Maybe it's an idea to make a central dispatcher for certain 'things to 
control' But then what will you do with the views ?
Does that mean the views have to have that central dispatcher ? while 
they can dispatch simply and free form other aspects ?
